She also certifies and licenses HR Professionals in the use of TIGERS Group Development Resources to enhance and improve their teamwork offerings, team building exercises, and team activities.

Dianne Crampton is one of North America’s leading experts on corporate team culture and is a sought-after executive leadership coach, business consultant, speaker and author.

Crampton is the founder and president of TIGERS Success Series, Inc., a trademarked team culture process that stands for Trust, Interdependence, Genuineness, Empathy, Risk and Success. In her many years of comprehensive research, Crampton discovered that these six values are necessary for building ethical, quality-focused, productive, motivated and enthusiastic groups of people.

For more than 20 years, Crampton has used her TIGERS Success Series to work with motivated leaders and their employees, helping them to consistently achieve goals with high levels of collaboration and teamwork.

She prides herself on being a coach who can help turn a troubled company around. Crampton has a proven track record of cultivating teams composed of employees who care as much about the success of their companies as the owner does.

Through consultation, surveys, games, and other innovative techniques, Crampton teaches companies of all sizes how to evolve from being good to great.  She was instrumental in the effective merger of warehouse club giant Price/Costco, and played a key role in the creation of Northwest Medstar, an ambulance air service.

Crampton has helped hundreds of companies and organizations, from big businesses and nonprofits to small start-ups, improve their productivity, worker satisfaction, and bottom lines.

Crampton is the author of TIGERS Among Us (Three Creeks Publishing 2010) and is a contributor to the 2010 Pfeiffer Annual: Consulting (Wiley 2010). She is also a contributing author in the business anthology, Working Together: Producing Synergy by Honoring Diversity (Berrett Koehler 2001), which includes essays by Mikhail Gorbachev, John O’Neil, Riane Eisler and Norman Lear.

Her work with Native Americans was featured at a United Nations-sponsored conference highlighting a business model that promotes cooperation and excellence in the workplace. Tribal leaders honoured Crampton with eight eagle feathers for her work.

TIGERS Success Series, Inc. was nominated by Merrill Lynch for Inc. Magazine’s entrepreneurial awards and received honourable mention.

Crampton received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Washington State University and a postgraduate degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University. She is also a graduate of the Coach Training Institute.

In her spare time, Crampton is an avid organic gardener who enjoys exploring the world with her husband, Bill. They like to hike in the high desert near their home in Bend, Oregon, and spend time with their family.
