The Wellness Journey with Lynnis Woods-Mullins and her guest Dr. Marcus Penn, on air from December 19th
Wouldn’t it be great if we could just write our own prescriptions whenever we aren’t feeling well? You know…come up with something we know will work, write the prescription, get it filled, and then we are cured…just like that. Unfortunately getting well doesn’t work like that. Many times, we try several things to get over a cold, lose weight, stop feeling depressed and on and on. But what if few really could write our own self-care prescription. A prescription that would be preventative and help us stay well and not have to use any unnecessary pharmaceuticals or surgeries. The good news is that you can write your own self-care prescription. You can figure out what works best for you to be well in your mind, body and spirit. Dr. Marcus Penn shares with us how to do exactly that. Write our own self- care prescription.
It is still rare to find a traditionally trained Medical Doctor that also recognizes the importance of the mind, body and spirit connection.
